The Spartanburg Prep Athletic Program allows students to compete against other schools in the Carolina Middle School Conference.

- Volleyball (6th-8th grade)

- Co-ed Cross Country (5th-8th grade)
Winter Sports
- Girls & Boys Basketball (6th-8th grade)
- Jr. Girls & Boys Basketball (5th & 6th grade)
