Hobbies/Interests: 

My hobbies include spending time and making memories with my family (husband, son, and parents), spending quality time and laughing with my friends, gardening and growing beautiful plants, shopping, swimming, 4-wheeling, learning new things, antique shopping, refinishing furniture, and working in education! 

My interests include gifted education equity in underrepresented populations, equitable representation across groups of students with disabilities, designing curriculum to scout for potential talent in primary grades, and creating programs to meet the needs of students across multiple domains. These interests are deeply rooted into my own education, my child’s education, and my students’ education.
