What inspires you in the classroom? Where do I begin? When a student perseveres and is able to grasp a concept or overcome a fear. The times of celebration betweens students, teachers, and/or parents. Collaboration between teachers and watching them realize that they are all leaders in this journey. Building effective partnerships with parents, staff, and students. The knowledge that I have a role in making a difference in the lives of those around me
