What inspires you in the classroom?:

As a teacher, I am inspired each day by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on my students' lives. Growing up in Gaffney, South Carolina, and now teaching here in Spartanburg, I carry with me the belief that education is not only about academics but also about building confidence, resilience, and character. My students motivate me to bring my best self into the classroom, because I know they deserve someone who sees their potential, even when they can't yet see it themselves.

Ultimately, what inspires me most are my students themselves. Their curiosity, their energy, and their growth. They remind me daily of why I chose this profession and why I am committed to guiding them not only as learners, but as future leaders.
